This annual publication from LISU is an increasingly vital purchase for anyone wrestling with annual library plans, performance indicators, library standards, etc. It is a compilation of public library authorities’ recent spending results. Also included are the library authorities’ budgets for 1998‐99. The survey covers all the key components which affect, and are affected by budgetary changes.
