Dana Bielec of the University of Nottingham has compiled an eminently practical reference guide to the most important features of current Polish, “a very complex, and therefore very expressive, language”. Aimed at learners at all levels, including both English speakers and native Polish speakers, indispensable grammatical and lexical facts are very clearly and logically presented, largely in tables.
