Fact File 2000: The Resource of the Year

Previous editions of this title have been well received by my colleagues (RR, 99/135 and 98/293), and looking at it in more detail myself I can see why. Apart from anything else it is a great timewaster and source of conversational matter, but that is not, of course, its prime function. Although the introduction makes reference to “citizens” the book’s main audience must be in schools and colleges (not that students are not citizens, but are just one sector of the wider citizen body).
