This is another addition to the British Library “How to find information” series. This one deals with sources of, mainly, free information on patents on the Internet. And it is quite amazing how much of it there is. The book begins with a brief introductions to the Internet and search engines, and to patents and patenting. These contain many URLs of sites with more information. The text ends with chapters on tracking patents, patent law, and news groups, organisations and statistics.
