Lingerie Design on the Stand

Lingerie and nightwear account for a large selection of the clothing industry, but to date, there has been very little written on the subject of pattern making in this area. Lingerie Design on the Stand has now been written as a sequel to Cloake’s Fashion Design on the Stand (RR 96/491), providing a similarly practical course of instruction for students, teachers and designers on the modeling and draping of garments for underwear and nightwear. The book does include some information of flat cutting, but instructions are generally given for use with a garment stand.
