The Yearbook of Tourism Statistics is now in its 52nd edition, which in itself says something for the publication. The success of this publication can be attributed to its simplicity. The layout is clear, covering 192 countries in alphabetical order. For each country the same data is given, presented in tables, the year clearly labeled, with total figures given in bold. The data provided is not excessive either. It is straightforward, providing statistics on tourists and visitors from abroad to each of the individual countries.
