HandSpeak, an online dictionary of signs, clearly represents a labor of love and commitment. While this site is a resource of significant value, its rather daunting layout makes navigation less than transparent.
The site is arranged in three frames. At the opening screen, the center and largest frame contains a list of the different uses of sign language, along with links for obtaining further information about these uses.
