Stirling and Central Scotland

The stately progress of the “Scottish Pevsner”, henceforth to be published by Yale University Press, has now covered more than half the country. This latest volume encompasses the local government areas of Stirling, Falkirk, Clackmannan and Dunbarton, a region central not only to Scotland’s geography but also to her history.
