Dod’s Scottish Parliament Companion 2002

Dod’s Parliamentary Companion is well known to all reference librarians, and it is no surprise to see a comparable volume appearing for the Scottish Parliament. What is surprising is that the 1st edition has not appeared until six months before the election, which will outdate many of its entries. I wondered if it had been intended to issue the Companion only once for every Scottish Parliamentary session (of four years) but the accompanying leaflet declares it to be an annual event.
