The RJ&L Religious Liberty Archive contains original sources pertaining to religious freedom in the USA, including US Supreme Court opinions, federal and state statutes, and historical materials related to the framing of the First Amendment. It was created and is maintained by a Denver‐based group that provides legal services to religious organizations.
The Current developments section summarizes recent cases or events for which there have been judicial, legislative, executive, or other “official” actions (e.g. a high school prohibition of a Bible club).
