The Brontës A to Z: The Essential Reference to Their Lives and Works

The wide readership of the Brontë novels and general interest in the “Brontë story” have created a need for reference sources about the Brontës, the places and persons associated with them, writings about them, and more about the places and characters that feature in their writings. This large format and generously spaced encyclopeadia aims to supply this need. It is not the first such Brontë encyclopaedia (Pinion (1975) and Evans and Evans (1985)), and it will not be the last.
