This Philips' Geography Dictionary is a colour edition of the previous black and white editions published in 1995 and 2000. It is intended for 15‐16 year olds studying human and physical geography and environmental studies that particularly focus on the relationship between people and the environment. Its 15,000 plus references include weather and climate; coasts and rivers; geomorphology; population; settlement; and economic development. These topics form a staple part of most GCSE syllabuses.
