Historical Dictionary of Estonia

Written by a noted Estonian native and political science scholar, this “historical dictionary” includes much more than basic dictionary definitions. The extended definitions or entries appear to be fairly accurate and detailed and often contain useful cross‐references. Coverage includes well‐known individual – both native Estonians and others who influenced Estonia's development, in addition to important places and events.
