America at the Polls 1920‐1956 is the first part of a new two‐volume set, America at the Polls1920‐2004. This Harding to Eisenhower volume originally appeared in 1999 and is now published with a volume covering 1960‐2004, already reviewed in these columns (RR 2006/241).
