World Whisky

The word “whisky” or “whiskey” comes from the Gaelic uisge‐beatha meaning “water of life” and to be sold in Scotland as whisky, it must have been matured for a minimum of three years. The products we know as whisky today have evolved over the centuries to give us a range of single malts, blended malts, grain whisky, pot still whiskey and numerous blends.
