The Alabama Guide: Our People, Resources, and Government

The Alabama Guide was compiled and produced by the Alabama Department of Archives and History and, as a reference source, is targeted primarily at the residents of Alabama. For those outside the state, the Guide is intended to serve more as a tourism and industrial marketing tool – highlighting information on the state's history, culture, and natural resources.
