According to the brief introduction this revised version of a Collins original “reflects the enormous changes that have dominated social work” since 2002 where “the separation of child and adult services” is the most significant development. It seems strange then that there are no distinct entries for these two areas, but this is characteristic of a resource that makes astute observations and commentary without backing them up sufficiently throughout.
