Citizens' Housing and Association

Home means everything to people. It is a sanctuary. The economic crisis and the resultant epidemic of foreclosures mean that many families have lost that sense of sanctuary, that central place to hang their hat and be comfortable and at ease. There are lots of people working to help make affordable housing available and to conserve and maintain housing stock. Best, perhaps, is the Citizens' Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA).
