Digital Himalaya Project

The Digital Himalaya Project is an extensive collection of archived materials, images, audio, videos, and research focused on the Himalayan region. The project was initially designed by anthropologists Alan Macfarlane and Mark Turin, but now depends on nine core team members to contribute updates and maintain the site. To back up the authoritative‐nature of the project, the team depends on a group of experts to serve as their advisory board, and rely on their trustees for project support.
