SAH Archipedia: Classic Buildings is an online encyclopedia that provides information on 1,215 buildings in the US. The information in Classic Buildings is taken from the book series Buildings of the United States which is currently published by University of Virginia Press. The series consist of 17 volumes and began printing in 1993, but Classic Buildings currently uses information from only 12 of the volumes.
