Rowman & Littlefield continue to pump out historical dictionaries, their various series fuelled by a mix of new titles and updated editions. Historical Dictionaries of Europe, one of the largest and longest established series begun in 1995, has covered virtually all the countries of the continent and so now largely focusses on updating existing titles. 2015 saw the release of second editions for the historical dictionaries for Estonia and Georgia and third editions for Bulgaria, The Netherlands and Sweden. 2016 was a quieter year with only a second edition for contemporary Germany and third editions for Iceland and Denmark....
