The Victorian Web

The Victorian Web is a free explorative resource centered on British literature, art and society during Queen Victoria’s reign (1837-1901), supplemented by comparative (e.g. the UK compared to countries outside the UK) and pre- and post- Victorian era material. As of June 19, 2017, the resource offers 93,907 images and primary and secondary sources through the lens of various disciplines, with approximately 5,000 of the documents translated into Spanish and a “small [unspecified] number” translated into French.
