This slim volume contains an impressive amount of detail about different forms of English as used around the world. This sixth edition has some new elements, including Estuary English and Fijian English, plus an updated bibliography. It is primarily designed as a textbook, but it is clearly laid out with a good index and so can also be used as a reference source.
