Local Periodical Indexes Provide Access to Regional Publications Available to Purchase

Magazines and newsletters focusing on city, county, state, and regional concerns offer a remarkable amount of information and entertainment. Unfortunately, many library users are unaware of the existence of local publications that they might find interesting. Librarians can promote the use of these serials by producing periodic indexes to them. In this article, reference librarians Clark N.
