Edwina Pio is the first Professor of Diversity in New Zealand, and works at the Auckland University of Technology. A Fulbright alumnus, and recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh Fellowship, Edwina is a thought leader and knowledgeable interpreter of the intersecting weaves of management, migration, diversity and religion. She is a Research Leader of the Immigration and Inclusion Group and the Co-director of the Global Centre for Equality and Human Rights. Her published work includes books, book chapters and articles in Journal of Business Ethics, Gender Work and Organization, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Academy of Management Learning and Education and Journal of Management Inquiry.

Rob Kilpatrick is the Director of Traidmission and has served in various roles around the world including as the Managing Director of The Smallternative Trust, the Director of Spiritual Engagement, World Vision Australia. As an activist and person of deep prayer, he has hands-on experience in establishing business-based ventures for social advancement in a number of countries.

Mark Le Fevre is a Senior Lecturer in Management in the Faculty of Business and currently President of the University Union at the Auckland University of Technology. He is currently engaged in a cross-disciplinary research project investigating the relationships between stress, stress management, and performance in commercial managers involving researchers from the Faculties of Business and Health.
