ULC Series gram cells from Interface offer high accuracy at low capacities

Interface Model ULC Series gram cells reputedly provide the highest accuracy of any gram cell in the world, offering capacities as low as 0.5N (50 grams)(see Plate 6). The unique design provides a safe axial overload to ten times capacity and a safe side load overload to five times capacity. With low extraneous load sensitivity and low temperature effect on zero (0.002 per cent/•F),the ULC Series provide excellent performance for gram cell applications.

The ULC Series offers excellent linearity and repeatability with a nonlinearity of ±0.05 FS, hysteresis of ±0.05 FS, and non-repeatability of ±0.05 FS. Like other Interface products, the ULC series uses proprietary temperature compensated strain gauges to improve performance and reliability.
