Plate 7 DCA Series miniature OEM silicon pressure sensor features Sursense™ technology
The Sursense family of pressure sensors utilises the company's proprietary technology, (dynamic self-compensation), which reduces non repeatable errors such as warm up drift and long-term instability problems often found in many similar micro-machined silicon sensors. The resulting sensors offer excellent long-term stability of less than ± 100µV per year.
In addition, the Sursense sensors significantly reduce errors arising from position sensitivity, making these products ideally suited for use in low pressure hand held instruments.
Both gauge and differential options are available in pressure ranges down to 1" H20 full scale. A variety of packaging formats make these compact units ideal for use in heating and ventilation equipment, medical instrumentation, robotics,printing equipment, gas delivery systems and smart valve controllers.
