The new LS40 "tip" level sensor from Gentech International is the ideal safety device for use with self-propelled aerial platforms, agricultural equipment and similar applications where level is an important operational feature (see Plate 6).
Economically priced and with a compact, low profile design measuring only 108mm high x 92mm the LS40 provides non-contact optical sensing and 2-15° trip angle. The sensor is oil dampened, incorporating an internal resettable fuse,cross-circuit protection and leak-free "O" ring seal.
Other benefits include solid state signal conditioning, rugged relay output, accurate bubble level check and an operating temperature range of 45°C to +85°C.
