Teaching Note: Re-energizing growth-mindset in Pakistan’s public colleges: rethinking the leadership style

Commercialization has eroded core values, traditions and cultural integrity. To make matters worse, the failure of educational institutions to provide quality education has led to serious academic challenges. Many educators have neglected their teaching responsibilities, fostering a culture of academic dishonesty while students lose motivation and direction in their academic pursuits.
