Kushankur Dey is based at the Department of Agribusiness Management, Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, Lucknow, India. Kushankur Dey is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Food and Agribusiness Management of the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. He has several peer-reviewed articles and teaching cases to his credit. Some of his cases appeared in the Asian Journal of Management Cases, Ivey Publishing, SAGE Business Cases, Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies and Asian Case Research Journal. He is a Postdoctoral Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Fellow of the Institute of Rural Management Anand.

Manvi Bansal is a Senior Manager at the Corporate Brand and Social Responsibility division of Tesco India. She has been instrumental in conceptualising and strategising the AgriNext rollout plan. She holds a postgraduate degree in Business Sustainability from the Energy Research Institute of India (TERI) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.
