Founded in 2015 by Bill Huang, CloudMinds focuses on cloud-based smart robotics and faces intense cross-industry competition. To manage its intellectual property, the company invited IP expert Frank to join and develop a balanced strategy. Tailored measures included streamlined processes, incentives, and a dedicated department. By 2021, CloudMinds achieved a strong patent culture and ranked as a top applicant in cloud robotics. Despite financial strain and risks from long monetization cycles and PPP disputes, the company continues to navigate challenges strategically.
