The case study focused on Dr Gayatri Narasimhan’s transformative journey for neurodiversity inclusion and empowerment of neurodivergent individuals. Dr Narasimhan’s advocacy for neurodiversity was fueled by her daughter’s volunteer work with a neurodivergent classmate, sparking her passion for understanding and addressing the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals. Under Dr Narasimhan’s leadership, Prakramika Vocational Institute (PVI) has been providing specialized vocational training and support services tailored for the neurodivergent youth.
