Prof Dr Githa Heggde is based at the School of Business, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, India. Githa Heggde is a Dean, School of Business, UPES. She has more than 30 years of academic, consulting and industry experience. As Dean she has been instrumental in taking the school to the next level. She has turned around various education institutions in leadership roles in the past 30 years. She is a corporate consultant on Marketing and Sales enhancement. She is the immediate past Chairperson, Confederation of Indian Industries – Indian Women Network (CII-IWN), Karnataka.

Dr Sheetal Khanka is based at the School of Business, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, India.Sheetal Khanka is head of the International Affairs for UPES and is an academician with 18 years of experience in academics and academic administration. She worked as the Assistant Dean planning and monitoring with School of Business UPES. Published in reputed Journals. Her postdoctoral research is in the area of knowledge management and sustainable competitive advantage.

Akhil Damodaran is based at the School of Business, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, India. Akhil Damodaran, Assistant Professor (Business Strategy), School of Business UPES, has over 12 years of experience in Telecom, IT, Aviation and Education; published in reputed journals (Scopus, ABDC), he is a regional mentor for change (Atal Tinkering Lab NITI Aayog). He is a postgraduate (Mgmt. and Tech) from IIT Delhi, Competition Law from NLU Delhi, and BTech from RGPV.
