Leadership in a TQM environment

There is nothing mysterious, romantic or necessarily laudable about leadership. In reality, leadership is that extension of management which focuses upon the ‘people’ element of management and provides the motivation which enables individuals to give more and achieve more than they might have otherwise accomplished.
