Spiritual quotient towards organizational sustainability: the Islamic perspective

Sohail Akhtar is currently pursuing his PhD Degree from School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He received his Master's Degree from the Institute of Management Studies, University of Peshawar, Pakistan. His area of specialization is human resource management, organizational sustainability, and business ethics.

Dr Mohd Anuar Arshad is a Senior Lecturer of Management at the Universiti Sains Malaysia. He holds a PhD Degree in Commerce from Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia. Prior to that, he received his Master of Business Administration Degree from the Universiti Sains Malaysia, Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource) (Hons.) Degree from UiTM, Shah Alam, and Diploma in Planting Industry Management (DPIM) from UiTM, Kuantan. Dr Mohd Anuar is also a Certified Trainer in DDI Asia Pacific where he also actively involved in conducting training and motivation programs. His areas of interests are in human resource management,organizational behavior, organizational development and human resource development.

Arshad Mahmood is a PhD Candidate at School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He holds his Master’s Degree form from the Institute of Management Studies, University of Peshawar, Pakistan. His area of research is human resource development, organizational behavior and organizational development.

Adeel Ahmed is serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Sciences, University of Turbat, Pakistan. He is currently pursuing his PhD Degree from School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. His areas of interest are in human resource development and organizational behavior.
