A comprehensive monograph on the topical problem of the protection of underground pipelines against corrosion has been contributed by J. Vincent‐Genod, an engineer of the French ‘Societe des Transports Petroliers par Pipe‐Line,’ to the May 1955 issue of the French journal, Travaux, which is mainly devoted to oil pipeline construction. The following is a brief summary of that monograph.
