Linings for Thames Barrier Prodorite has completed a series of contracts approaching £½m value on the Thames Barrier Project. Specifically the work involved corrosion protection to the 2.3 metres and 3 metres dia. subway liners which pass through concrete sills in the river bed. These liners form the access across the river for services and personnel to the piers constructed to support the steel gates and house the operating machinery.
