Scotland's largest galvanizing company, Scottish Galvanizers Ltd, has appointed Paul Cameron as technical sales representative.

Paul has been promoted from the post of quality control manager at the Glasgow-based plant, where different roles over the past 12 years have given him in-depth knowledge of the hot dip galvanizing process, and the needs of customers.

He will be the main contact for the company's present and prospective clients throughout Scotland, establishing new business, and offering customers free technical support and advice about how to make best use of the galvanizing process.

Paul succeeds Bill Robertson, who has retired after 21 years with the firm.
