To spearhead a strong sales drive among military services of several nations, Shorts have equipped a new Skyvan demonstrator aircraft as a definitive light tactical transport. Incorporating a host of military features already installed in the first military Skyvans now in service with the Austrian Air Force, and other features entirely new to the type, the military demonstrator is now on a lengthy sales tour of the Far East and Middle East.
