GKN reports that it has rebranded two of its engineering businesses to maximise their rapidly growing potential in the outsourced engineering market.

The two businesses, GKN Westland Design Services and Westland System Assessment, will now operate under the name Engage. We are informed that since 1994 the combined businesses have grown at a rate exceeding 30 per cent per year and are targeted to achieve a turnover of £500 million within five years.

This rapid and sustainable growth is being achieved in the engineering services market where Engage is offering industry complementary engineering support from concept through to the end of a product's life cycle.
