A two‐axis rocking table, specially designed by Short Brothers & Harland Ltd., Belfast, for use in testing their Belfast freighter's Autoland system, has proved so successful that the Company is to build a general purpose, production version. The new design is suitable for the testing of all kinds of gyroscopic equipment.
