A test apparatus developed over the past two years by Palmer Aero Products Ltd.—a BTR Industries subsidiary, at its test house in Camberley, Surrey—has now reached an advanced stage of development, and is considered to be one of the most important of its type in the world. This is a high‐pressure impulse, vibration, temperature and flexing rig, used for testing high pressure hose assemblies during development, to determine their suitability for use in aircraft installations.
