Support for Concorde Available to Purchase

FULL support for Concorde development was promised by Mr John Stonehouse, Minister of State, Ministry of Technology, when he opened the Concorde exhibition at Charing Cross station on March 25. The Minister said that the Government was determined to see the full development of Concorde through its programme, and that as long as the flight tests proved satisfactory the backing would continue for production of the aircraft and its delivery to the airlines.
