The model 5400/035 digital multimeter recently announced by Dana Electronics Ltd. achieves a high accuracy and high reading speed by a new measuring technique that Dana call a computing convertor. It is a four‐digit instrument capable of measuring r.m.s. a.c. volts at high speed in the presence of distortion, low resistance to 1 milliohm, d.c. volts, millivolts and d.c./d.c. ratios. In addition it has a fifth‐digit 10 per cent over‐range.
