THE decisions reached at an important meeting of the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale held at The Hague on September 6, 1932, are reported in the January issue of the Federation's Bulletin, which has recently been received. The matters on the agenda were of exceptional interest and hardly seem to have received at the time of their discussion the notice they deserved.
