Manufactured and designed by H.V. power supply manufacturer Hunting Hivolt Ltd, the Series 4800, 4.8kW high stability switch‐mode power supply, has the capability to provide, through the utilisation of the latest MOSFET technology, a continuously controlled d.c. output of up to 4.8kW with either positive or negative polarity at voltages rated from 20kV to 80kV. Units rated at up to 200kV are available to special order.
