Superplastically formed (SPF) aluminium has now been utilized by the aerospace industry on a commercial basis for just over two decades. This years sees the twenty‐first anniversary of Worcester‐based Superform Metals: originally founded to serve the aero‐space market and still the largest single‐source supplier of SPF aluminium components worldwide.
