AGEMA merger with FSI

Leading infrared specialist, AGEMA Infrared Systems, has merged with FLIR Systems, Inc. (FSI), a major supplier of airborne thermal imaging systems to government users worldwide. The merger creates one of the largest suppliers of infrared imaging systems for commercial and government applications in the world.
