Joanita Kataike is PhD Researcher at the Department of Agricultural Economics, Faculty of Bioscience Engineering, Ghent University, and Lecturer at Mountains of the Moon University, teaching Quantitative Research methods and Marketing Management. Her PhD focuses on the impact of chain governance structures on chain performance: a case of triadic agri-food value chains.

Adrienn Molnar (Dr) is Postdoctoral Researcher at the Hungarian Academy of Science. She participated in several Hungarian research projects. Her research interests are supply chain, network, and cluster performance and relationships, cross-border cooperation, open innovation, transparency and sustainability. Currently, she is developing a somatic coaching intervention for SMEs’ for improving their performance and relationships using an education design research approach.

Hans De Steur graduated as a Sociologist and received the Diploma of complementary studies in Economics and Business Administration at the Ghent University, Belgium. In 2011, he received the PhD Degree in Applied Biological Sciences. He currently works as Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Division of Agri-Food Marketing and Chain Management, Department of Agricultural Economics in Ghent University.

Xavier Gellynck is Professor at the Department of Agricultural Economics, Faculty of Bioscience Engineering, Ghent University. As Head of the division of Agri-food Marketing and Chain Management, he is involved in several research projects related to topics on the chain and network management, innovation and relationship performance, and b-2-b marketing in the Agri-food sector.
