Letícia Barbosa Gomes Figueiredo Filho is a master’s student in the field of project management and logistics at UFSC. She graduated in production engineering in 2020 at UFSC. During her graduation, she studied general engineering for a year with emphasis in management at EIGSI in La Rochelle, France. She has experience as a project manager in a logistics project at a metallurgic industry, Castmetal Colombier, France. She is currently member of the LabTrans (Logistics and Transports Laboratory) at UFSC acting in projects to improve the Brazilian railways management by the National Land Transportation Agency (ANTT).

Marina Bouzon is an adjunct professor in the Department of Production and Systems Engineering at UFSC. She graduated in production engineering in 2007 and obtained her master's degree in mechanical engineering in the field of lean manufacturing in 2010, both at UFSC. She also obtained her PhD in the domain of reverse logistics in the graduate program in production engineering at the same institution. In the business sphere, she worked in companies such as Embraco and Intelbras in Brazil and ArcelorMittal in France. During her PhD program, she resided for a year in Denmark, where she had the opportunity to work at the University of Southern Denmark with Professor Kannan Govindan.

Diego de Castro Fettermann is a Professor of Production Engineering for graduate and undergraduate courses at UFSC (Brazil) and CNPq productivity researcher (PQ) since 2020. He was a visiting professor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia (2020), and has worked with BIDA Research (Business Intelligence and Data Analysis). He was president of the Institute of Innovation and Product Development Management (IGDP) in 2018–2020. He has been teaching and researching in production engineering, project management and product development subjects.
